Drawing on over 30 years of real-world leadership experience, I explore how to build organizations that combine high performance and innovation with human dignity and psychological safety. My ultimate goal is for attendees, whether entrepreneurs, executives, or young leaders, to leave feeling braver, wiser, and ready to lead with intention.
